Departure from your hotel at 8:00 am. head south along the Atlantic coast to admire the beautiful desert landscape and discover one of the most authentic fishing villages in the region made up of cave houses and traditional fishing boats, then head to the national park from Souss Massa, one of the most important national and ornithological parks in Morocco Sky, migratory birds descend here from Europe during the winter months.
On the way Stop at the Ben Youssef dam and enjoy the beautiful view then continue to the city of Tiznit, very famous for its Berber silver jewelry (optional visit) then head to the former Spanish enclave of Sidi Ifni for a tour and lunch; fish on the menu – fresh grilled sardines, fried fish, chips… and more… (lunch is not included in the price of the excursion”). After lunch, continuation to the city of Guelmim, “The door of the desert” for a brief visit then, in the afternoon, enjoy the visit of the amazing oasis with the largest palm grove in the region, the visit imposes itself. The journey continues to your bivouac in the sand dunes.
A well-deserved mint tea accompanied by Moroccan pastries after which you will marvel at the sunset and the magnificent spectrum of light on the golden sand dunes after which you will return to the bivouac for dinner under a magnificent sky full of stars accompanied by a Sahrawi music show performed by young inhabitants around a campfire.
The night is planned in a nomadic tent to discover and appreciate first hand the living conditions of the inhabitants. The next day and after breakfast, return to the oasis for a brief stop then continuation of the journey back to A gadir using a alternative route through the Anti Atlas mountains for a total change of scenery.
